Foster Hirsch

Foster Hirsch, Professor of Film at Brooklyn College, is the author of sixteen books, including The Dark Side Of The Screen: Film Noir, Otto Preminger: The Man Who Would Be King, A Method To Their Madness: The History Of The Actors Studio, and Love, Sex, Death, And The Meaning Of Life: The Films Of Woody Allen. He is a frequent host/moderator at many venues including the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in New York, the Players Club, the Harvard Club, the Film Forum, the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, and The American Film Institute. He has lectured on film in China, Israel, India, Dubai, England, New Zealand, France, Germany, and on cruise ships.
